Yuho Bong
Yuho’s areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on cross-border joint ventures, franchising and licensing arrangements, and regulatory and compliance matters. He has advised multinational corporations, small and medium enterprises, start-ups and family offices, on a wide range of matters including debt-based and equity-based investments and employment matters.
Prior to joining AEI Legal, Yuho worked in the corporate department of a Singapore law firm with a Korean desk. In addition to several internships with domestic Singapore law firms, Yuho also served an internship with a large corporate law firm in South Korea.
Yuho graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Singapore Management University. He has also attained accreditation in the Korean Language from Yonsei University’s Korean Language Institute, Regular Programme, Level 4.
He serves as legal advisor to the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, and in continuation of a lifelong love affair with tennis, also as legal advisor to the Singapore Korean Tennis Association.
