Bao Long Lim
Bao Long specialises in corporate and commercial law. His practice focuses on regional corporate matters, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, and private equity investments.
His expertise extends to listing compliance and corporate governance, where he provides strategic counsel to SGX-listed companies on continuous listing obligations and regulatory requirements.
He also regularly advises on early-stage venture capital transactions, including seed to late-stage series funding rounds.
He prioritises pragmatic, tailored legal solutions, and has represented a diverse clientele including high-growth startups, venture builders, multinational corporations and private equity funds. With significant experience working on transactions involving the Asia-Pacific region and emerging markets, he is uniquely positioned to bridge regulatory and commercial gaps in complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Bao Long graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (Second Upper Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Outside of work, Bao Long enjoys whipping up fusion dishes and going on long-distance driving trips.
