Bao Long Lim
Bao Long’s areas of practice are corporate and commercial law. He has experience in a range of corporate transactional and advisory work involving multinational corporations, listed companies and small and medium enterprises, including startups in fast-growing markets such as edtech, e-commerce, and industrial automation. His advisory work includes assisting on constitutional issues and corporate governance and compliance, such as compliance with stock exchange rules. His transactional work includes assisting on acquisitions, disposals and distributorships.
Bao Long graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore in 2021. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022.
Outside of work, Bao Long enjoys whipping up fusion dishes and going on long-distance driving trips.
