From working at a Magic Circle firm in Hong Kong to being a partner in a leading Singapore law firm to founding AEI Legal in 2018, Andrea has represented corporate clients large and small for nearly 20 years.

Some of her headline projects include representing Mitsui & Co., Ltd in its S$1billion joint venture with Ascendas in respect of a development project in Singapore’s Central Business District, and advising Sheng Siong and JUMBO Seafood, both Singapore household names, on their IPOs on the SGX Mainboard and Catalist board respectively.

Andrea also advised on one of the first deals ever to use the new VIMA model documents by the Singapore Venture Capital & Equity Association - an investment by Temasek and Sequoia India in Basis AI.

She is the first lawyer to have passed the Business Valuation exams administered by the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers and Nanyang Business School, and one of a handful of corporate lawyers who is also an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute.

Andrea is a “hands-on” partner with extensive experience, and enjoys putting her speed-reading talents to good use.
