Dana's practice areas include corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments as well as corporate regulatory and compliance.
She has advised on numerous high-value transactions, both in Singapore and abroad, assisting a wide range of clients from start-ups to listed companies - including advising on corporate governance, regulatory and listing compliance issues to SGX mainboard and Catalist listed entities, sale and purchase of shares and business transfers, as well as joint ventures.
Dana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Singapore Management University in 2020 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.
