Dana Lim
Dana specialises in corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital transactions, and joint ventures. She has advised a broad spectrum of clients, from high-growth start-ups to listed companies, on complex, time-sensitive transactions and strategic investments.
With substantial experience leading deal teams and managing multi-jurisdictional matters, Dana provides comprehensive counsel throughout the transaction lifecycle – from the initial structuring, due diligence, high-stakes negotiations through to signing and closing.
Beyond transactional work, Dana also provides advisory services including on corporate governance and regulatory compliance, such as SGX Listing Manual requirements for listed issuers, corporate restructuring, and general commercial matters.
Dana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Singapore Management University, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
