Cherie Tan
Cherie advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, with particular expertise in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity & venture capital transactions. She has acted on the buy-side and sell-side for both cross-border and domestic deals. She advises clients of all sizes, from start-ups to multinational companies, and has served as in-house counsel to a cryptoassets trading firm where she led legal advisory for its investments arm.
Cherie is a strong advocate for her clients’ interests. Clients value her for practical solutions, technical excellence, and a drive to do good work.
Cherie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
