AEI (ἀεί) means “always, ever, in perpetuity” in ancient Greek.
The Firm was established in 2018 to provide specialist corporate law advice, offering innovative, practical solutions. With over 20 years of experience at Magic Circle and leading law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong, our people have won multiple accolades from global & regional legal directories.
Our people have deep expertise in the fields of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity (PE), venture capital (VC), data privacy and cybersecurity, technology law, equity capital markets (ECM), and corporate & commercial law.
We regularly advise on time-sensitive and technically demanding transactions – our clients are multinational corporations, listed companies, small & medium enterprises and emerging companies. We also provide counsel to boards of directors and senior executives in sensitive scenarios, including reorganisations, successions, and crisis management.
