Shannon Law
Shannon’s areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, fundraising and investments, and corporate regulatory compliance.
She has assisted an array of local and international corporate clients, including start-ups, SGX-listed companies, and multinational corporations.
Shannon spent her undergraduate days knee-deep in the arts, having worked alongside industry professionals to bring numerous theatrical productions to life over the years as both cast and crew. She also put her legal education to service in a volunteer role at a local charity, helping them make music more accessible to underprivileged communities through assisting with their governance and compliance matters.
Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Singapore Management University and is currently admitted as a Lawyer (Non-Practitioner) of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
