Shannon Law
Shannon’s areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, fundraising and investments, and corporate regulatory compliance.
She has worked with an array of local and international clients, including start-ups, SGX-listed companies and multinational corporations, across various industries. Her experience includes assisting on corporate transactions, including joint ventures and private equity transactions, and general corporate commercial matters.
During her undergraduate days, Shannon put her legal education to service in a volunteer role at a local charity, helping them make music more accessible to underprivileged communities through assisting with their governance and compliance matters. Outside of work, she remains engaged in the arts – regularly working alongside industry professionals on theatrical productions for her alma mater.
Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Singapore Management University and is currently admitted as a Lawyer (Non-Practitioner) of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
